It is my pleasure to have owned three Voila watches. When I wear my Vo!là watch, I always receive great compliments from my friends. They said it was an unusual looking watch and they have never seen such a beautiful watch before. I have even received compliments from strangers, they want to know where to get a VO!LA too. I would like to own more of it in the future when you have new models coming out.

I find the customer service of Voila Watches very friendly and helpful. I hope you have a successful year in 2009 and I will visit you when I return from Honolulu.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from VO!LA. Unfortunately, I broke the crystal on my OSE watch and had to send it to VO!LA for a replacement. They were most courteous and emailed me to say they had received my watch and also again when they put it in the return mail after the replacement. I have had other watches repaired locally in the United States that took much longer than VO!LA did and they are in Hong Kong! I recently broke the stem on the same OSE watch and they promptly repaired it and sent it back to me with a new watch band which they included free of charge. Now that is wonderful service. I love my OSE watch and am thrilled to know that I can count on VO!LA to take care of it for me.
